Nítido is built around AI. It lets us research, draft and produce faster than a traditional agency, which is how we deliver senior-grade work quickly. This page sets out exactly how we use it and the lines we don’t cross.
1. Where we use AI
- Research: studying your market, competitors and audience from public sources.
- Writing: first drafts of captions, scripts, ad copy, emails and website text.
- Design and imagery: exploring visual directions, generating illustrations and background imagery, and editing photographs and video.
- Analysis: summarising campaign and listing performance for your monthly report.
- Operations: organising our pipeline, scheduling and drafting messages to businesses we would like to work with.
2. Where people decide
- A person at Nítido reviews every deliverable before it reaches you or the public. Nothing AI-generated is published unreviewed.
- Strategy, creative direction and final approval are human decisions.
- Phone calls are made by people. Outreach messages may be drafted with AI, and a person checks and sends them.
- Your approval gates stay with you. We never publish on your behalf work you were meant to approve first.
3. Truthfulness
- Where an image claims to show your real product, premises, team or customers, it is a real photograph of them. Generated imagery is never passed off as a real photograph of your business.
- We never create fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements or results, with AI or without it.
- We do not imitate real people or other brands.
- We check facts, figures and claims in AI-assisted copy before they are published.
4. Disclosure
We follow the disclosure rules of each platform we publish on, including labelling AI-generated or significantly AI-altered realistic images and video where the platform requires it. If you want AI use disclosed beyond what platforms require, tell us and we will do it.
5. Your data and AI
- Information about your business may be processed by AI service providers to produce your work.
- We keep passwords, payment details and your customers’ personal data out of AI tools.
- Data we receive from your Google account is never used to train general AI models. See section 3 of our privacy policy.
- If you would rather we didn’t use AI tools on some or all of your material, tell us before work starts. It may change the timeline and price, and we will say how.
6. Ownership of AI-assisted work
AI-assisted deliverables are handled like the rest of our work under our terms of service. Copyright law on AI-generated material is still developing, so for elements where exclusive ownership matters most, such as your logo, we make sure a person has substantially shaped the final work.
